As with all of our superior quality materials, the stag has been carefully selected and paired to insure consistent quality, density, and with minimal marrow. Amber Stag/Stag Dying - As you may or may not know, one
of our primary businesses is jigged and dyed bone. Since
pioneering and reviving this process in 1980, we have offered stag
dying as a service to the knife industry. We have the capability
to dye slabs, rosettes, tapers, and full horns. Prices
are established per pound, and turnaround time depends on our dye
schedule, but is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
